Unhappy client

The worst experience I have experienced with online shopping.

Bought boots and paid with instant EFT. 36hrs later I still see that they are waiting payment from my profile. Noone answers the client services number.

There was no confirmation email to confirm receipt of the order but money was deducted from my account.

I sent an email an noone came back to o me.
