Treated very badly at Clearwater mall sissy boy

I wanted to buy a jacket that was on sale online so I went into the sissy boy shop at clearwater mall to fit on the jacket first before buying it but they didnt have that jacket in store, I then went ahead and purchased online but I left a note telling them that I want to exchange it the size is not right because I did want to try ut in before buying it but unfortunately they didnt have the jacket instore, the jacket arrived at clearwater mall sissy boy today, and when I fitted it in it was too big, I asked the staff to plse do an exchange for a smaller size and they said they cant do that and if they bring the size from another store I must pay for courier fees, i then told them that the online purchase said that i could exchange and they said i must ask online to assist me, i told them they need to assist me because I am there with them with the jacket and they didnt want to assist me, I had to demand to speak to a manager and even the manager said that they cant help me, I then had to tell them that if I dont get assistance this will be a complaint to the head office, after arguing with them infront of my kids they then called Eastgate and told me that Eastgate will send the medium to them and that they will call me when the javket arrives, I left my details with them but they insisted I take the jacket with me, which I find strange, i asked Masigo the store manager if she is sure that they arranged for the other size to be sent to them and she said yes but I am skeptical about them helping me because of the way they refused to do an exchange for me in the beggining, I am very dissapointed at bieng treated this way because I am always buying from you and your policy says that you allow exchanges but your staff does not honour your policy,’ Exchanges on sale items are permitted within 28 days from the date of dispatch.
