THE WORST QUALITY OF CLOTHING!!!!

I’ve been a regular sissy boy consumer since before they even had stores. My mother has Sissy boy pieces that Ronald himself has forgotten he even made. With many of the staff at the stores teasing her that she could open a museum dedicated to sissy boy with all her clothes. So you can imagine my disappointment to be let down by a brand that my family has supported and been so faithful to. Last year I purchased a blazer at sissy boy in cavendish. I wore this blazer less than a handful of times my mother even has the same blazer. The reason for us both not wearing the blazer as often is cause it does not wash well the fabric simply does not come clean even when washed alone or hand washed nothing has made this blazer come out clean. So I reported it to sissy boy cause at this point nothing could clean this cream tuxedo blazer. They informed me that they would do a clean test. I drop the blazer off and almost 2 weeks later I’m yet to hear a response from them. So instead I had to run around and chase people to simply get a answer out of them. Two was tests later and they left blaming me for the jacket that can’t come clean. I don’t see how if your expert cleaners can’t clean something how I am meant to clean it and yet I’m being told it’s not a quality issue. If this in not a quality issue then please inform me why I am unable to clean a garment which you can’t even clean yourself.
