Terrible service with Sissy Boy!

The service at Sissy Boy is utter garbage! Ive made an online purchase, money was deducted off my account, i have not received an invoice or a tracking number. Emails keep bouncing back, online contact receives no response and the receptionist when calling transfers but it cuts off and she cannot help further. If it was not a 'well established' brand i'd think they are ********!
