Still no delivery and no correspondence

I ordered some clothing online on the 26th of January 2018 from the sissyboy jeans website and paid for these items. Today is the 12 of February and only response I got was deliveries take 3-15working days. Now it’s over 15 working days and they can’t even give me a tracking number. At this point I want my money back they are so many stores close bye that I could purchase from without this unnecessary long wait. I’ve emailed and tried to contact them and all I get is some silly excuse about how deliveries take a while. Just refund me.
