Sissyboy is pathetic

I really am so shocked at the service recieved from Sissyboy online. I ordered two items, what seems like months ago when I eventually recieved the item it was the incorrect size. I then escalated this matter to online and spoke to a person by the name of Michelle. She reassured me that the incorrect size will be fetched today and the correct size will be relieved to me the next day. I'm so disappointed to say that after numerous calls and emails Sissyboy is yet to fetch the incorrect size. I am now stuck with an item that I cannot use and nobody from Sissyboy online is helpful enough to sort this out after all it was their fault!!!!..Michelle just keeps ignoring my emails and the phone number on the site just continuously says its busy... I've been a loyal customer for years, spent alot of money on clothing items from this brand but I'm sure after the service I recieved from Michelle I will not return back to this brand. Customer service is important and clearly sissyboy lacks I this area. I hope some kind soul at Sissyboy can fix this error and send me the correct item
