SISSYBOY - Catch 22 Exchange Policy

I am extremely disappointed with Sissy Boy's retail system. My mum gifted me a Sissy boy jeans of R900, a size that did not fit because Sissy boy using a different sizing system, I brought it to the attention of the ladies at the store and they were happy to exchange it, I could not however find a item of clothing in that price range that fitted. I asked for a gift card instead and they said no, which meant that I either exchange my pants or stick with it (14 day exchange policy)

Eventually I found a pants that fitted, only to find out it was R700, I explained to ladies that no other item of clothing seemed to fit me and that they should put the balance on a gift card and I will use it to purchase at a later stage when I could find something of value that I could actually wear.

The ladies refused and said that I would have to forfeit the R200 if I could not purchase an item with that balance right away, I ended up trying on a bunch of clothes , found a dress that fitted me the best among all the items and purchased it by filling in some extra cash.

I am now sitting with a R500 xs dress (although I wear a size S) when I could have simply found something my size at a later stage.... I have been gifted by my mum , every year from Sissy boy, I was extremely unhappy with my service this year and mum will not be coming back ever.
