Sissy Boy Poor Quality

I purchased a Sissy Boy purse not even 3 weeks ago, and the zip does not close. Before purchasing the purse I did notice that there was other sissy boy purses that the zip was not working I then went to another store to make the purchase. Now only to find out that it seems to be a problem on all the sissy boy purses. I usually buy sissy boy jeans for the quality. Now I brought a purse and the quality is poor. What is going on???? Sissy boy is not a cheap brand and surely we pay for the quality. I would like a new purse which actually serves the purpose of a purse which closes.
