Sissy Boy Online, What a disappointment

<p>I made an online order on the 17th of July, with payment to be done by eft. I made my eft payment immediately after placing the order. Last week Friday which is almost 2 weeks later I called in to find out where my shirt was. The lady told me they never receivers my payment. So I told her I made the payment that exact day?? She then said o sorry I just processed the order... Ok fine I said but it is a birthday present so I really need it asap. She then said it was a fault on their side so she make this an overnight package and I can go collect in store on Monday which was yesterday. So guess what no top yesterday at the store... This morning I received an email stating MY top was rejected due to a flaw!!! And they will pay me back my money. I am not happy about this at all!!! If they did the work and processed my order 2 weeks ago this would have never happened. Yes the top was on special yes I only paid R250 BUT the sale is over. I bought a R1000 top for R250 and now i only get back R250?? What should I buy with R250?? I am so mad and really it just feels no one is attending to this. The lady told me this morning sorry there is nothing else to do. I asked her that a manager should please call me... Almost 5 hours later and still no call. Is this really how you operate??? </p>
