Sissy boy is nothing but disappointing

Sissy boy is the epitome of disappointment! They are such a popular brand but they deliver such pathetic service via their online store!

I've made an online purchase for a dress that amounts to R1699 and I never received an order code, nada! So, that was suspicious on my side. So, I followed up with them and upon following up. I receive an email stating that my purchase had mysteriously been canceled. Despite the fact that I've done an instant EFT for that purchase!

I've been trying my best to get a refund. Sending in proof of payment and all that's required and still.. Nothing!

This is so unprofessional. It seems as if big brand no longer care for their customers or take pride in their service delivery.

Such nonsense. If I don't receive my refund. I will be taking those to social media platforms. They don't deserve a good name at all!
