Sissy boy is a shame

Poorest service received from sissy boy after I purchased a sneaker that had factory faulty, e-mailed them and visited the store without any success of getting assistance. Now I'm sitting with a sneaker that I can't wear whereas I paid a fortune.mind you I have been their loyal customer for years.
