Sissy Boy Customer Care

I bought a pair of black Sissy Boy smart pants from Edgars not even a year ago. All the fine elastics of the material has frayed and the pants looks like a cat scratching pole. Disappointing that a pants to the value of R900.00 didn't even last a year. I have sent two e-mails and a message on Facebook, but no response or follow up.
