SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I ordered a product 27 Jan and I received an email 2 weeks later to say my order has been dispatched. I am now still waiting for the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent 3 emails to someone I was advised would assist me with the order. She has not rep**** to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have complained on their FB page and still no one has come back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>SHOCKING SHOCKING SERVICE. Very disappointing as I do love the brand but will NEVER order from their online store again.</p>
