ripped and faded jeans

I have over 30 pairs of sissybopy jeans. if I see it and like it, I just grab size 8 and purchase it without even trying it on. it feels as if sissyboy jeans was made for me. always fits me perfect and always happy with my sissyboy jeans. In this past few months I have purchased 8 pairs of jeans from Foschini, Stuttafords and Edgars. I don't keep the receipts as I am always happy with my purchase, however these jeans seem to be of low quality. the one denim has a rip on the right thigh and I noticed it on first day I wore it. the second and third denim has faded from dark blue to light blue after only wearing it about 2times each, the fourth one the crease that is the style has come out after first wash so it doesn't look nice and cannot be worn and the fifth and sixth jeans has stretched bigger and does not fit me and I cannot wear them. I am highly disappointed in the quality of my last few purchases and I do not have any of the receipts to take them back. is there a way to send them to your factory to be replaced or repaired?
