Hi Abigail,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
From what you are describing above, your Lycra fibres in the pants have snapped which is due to over-stretching or exposure to heat (washing / ironing). Please note that all Sissy Boy pants / jeans advise on a cold wash and cool iron to preserve and extend the life of your pants.
Please note that Sissy Boy has a 6 month return or refund policy in place for any garments with manufacturing flaws. Should you experience a flaw within this time period, please return the garment to the store it was purchased from, along with the proof of payment and we'll gladly exchange r refund it for you.
Please can you send us more information ********** about the pants and we can see how we are able to assist you further.
- Where it was purchased from
- When it was purchased
- The pants code, it can be found on the front side of the wash label and starts with a 'P'
Kind regards,
Team Sissy Boy
Best regards,
