orders during sales

Kindly note i placed an order and made payment online during a sale period, i after querying why i could not view the status of my order, i was notified that there was a glitch with the system. this matter has been resolved but the speedy responses and customer care was excellent, furthermore i phoned their offices and the phone was picked up immediately. Although i didn't receive compensation, i did receive my refund immediately.
