Non existent customer service

I received my order on the 23rd of April but unfortunately it didn't fit properly. I have been trying to request an exchange for more than a week but it seems to be mission impossible. Emails go unanswered and every time I call, they promise to contact me to arrange collection but that never happens. I've been a loyal customer for many years and this is truly disappointing. The customer service is appalling.
