No feedback from Store

My husband bought me Sissy Boy black Knee heights about a year ago. I went to the Woodlands branch about a month ago and spoke to the Sales lady as my boots are slightly starting to pull a part (front). These boots were R1 000 and surely you will think they will last longer than a year ? She took all my details and told me she will contact Head Office and give me feedback as to what they will do - This did not happened. I went back to the store 2 weeks ago and spoke to Tanya who told me the same story about Head Office, took my details and told me she will come back to me by close of business the same day - This also did not happened. I feel that this is extremely bad customer service from the Woodlands branch and that both ladies just decided they are not going to help me! Will never go back to that store and support them !!
