Money spent regretfully

It is so disappointing when a well known brand like Sissyboy does not go to lengthily measure to ensure there's sufficient customer satisfaction. I bought a dress by their store in Loch Logan Bloemfontein..wore the dress for exactly six hours and when I put the dress in the washer TOGETHER WITH CLOTHES OF LIKE COLORS the dress had a stain...surprisingly enough it was thee only garment with the stain. Sadly I was informed it's not a quality issue... I don't know how possibly could that be. These people think we are not informed and sadly for them we are. Just because we walk into their store spend money means we are clueless...some of us do have an idea of CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND DEFINITELY PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. Trust me NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE AGAIN.
