Low quality material

I bought a leather jacket few years ago. The material is deteriorating and leaving residue every where. This is not a normal wear and tear. For the price I paid the quality is really disappointing. I have done but took it for dryclenada as per instructions. I am a fan of the clothing. But this is so disappointing. I wouldn't expect such the material is literally breaking apart.
