Incredibly deceptive

I am utterly disappointed at the after service I received with regards to a return at Sissy Boy. To be honest, I had a pleasant experience with regard to the in-store service I received from the ladies at Mall of Africa. However, the lady at the till failed to inform me or purposefully withheld the fact that there are no returns on sale items. Had this been communicated to me then I would NOT have purchased the dress in the first place. It is quite misleading and utterly frustrating as these items are quite pricey. Furthermore, I was the only customer in the store so there are no excuses as to why it wasn’t communicated. I escalated with head office and I received a call to say that I can only exchange the item, as if they are doing me a favor. There are cameras in the store. It should be made use of when such situations arise. I don’t want or need another item form Sissy Boy. I shop a lot but I will never shop at Sissy Boy going forward and I will ensure that all in my circle are aware of my negative experience too. Donna
