Highly Disappointed

I purchased a per of heels from sissy boy online via pay just now on the 11/06/2023 item was delivered round about the 13 or 14 of June 2023, Item was sent back for an exchange or credit on the 20th June 2023, I unfortunately sent my sister as was she travelling to Johannesburg (Eastgate) which was the closest store as we in Mpumalanga, the lady at the till explained that a refund or exchange was a tedious process as the order was done online and via pay just now, (spoke to her via my sisters phone ) she however took the item back and said she would communicate with the online department for them to reimburse me till to date I’m waiting. I called Sissy Boy head office relayed my story they took my contact details and said someone was going to call me, indeed between the 2nd or 3rd August a lady by the name of Tsholofelo called me asked me to please send her details of my order including the order number I did that she indicated she’d investigate and get back to me, the 7th of August I sent her a message via WhatsApp that I’m still awaiting feedback from her she advised that she sent everything to their headquarters and she’s still waiting for feedback from them and till to date I haven’t heard from Sissy Boy😭 I’m highly disappointed, I feel ****med 😭
