Handbag of poor quality

I bought a handbag from Edgars in May 2017 and 2 days ago I Saw that the stitching was loose. When looking closer I realises it was actually the material between the inside and the outside that has torn. So its not visible from the inside of the bag. I paid a R1200 for this bag, less than 5 months ago, and I am very disappointed. Sissy Boy is a well known brand and one would expect better quality.
