Faded logo on handbag

I bought a sissy boy handbag about 5 months ago number on the handbag label is SB108106 B01 ********** 165 this handbag cost me over a R1500 and i am utterly disappointed in the qaulity of this bag as the logo on the bag is fading away. I have purchased over R20 000 of items from sissy boy and always there seems to be a problem with the quality. I will never ever again buy a product from you guys ever again and i will not recommend anyone to buy it either.
