Do yourself a favor and buy from a different brand
I went to one of Sissy Boy's stores to buy a pair of shoes. This was my first (and last) purchase from Sissy Boy. The service I received from the store was excellent BUT the brand itself is in shambles. A few hours after I bought the shoes the charm fell off the strap. As a whole the shoes are toy-ish. So the next day I contacted the Sissy Boy team in good faith, hoping to let somebody who manages the brand know that as a first-time customer, I wasn't happy with the quality of their products.
I quickly received a response from BT, who said he was from Sissy Boy's online department and told me that if I was unhappy with the shoe quality I should return them to the store. That was not an option for me because I reside nowhere near any Sissy Boy store and the Sissy Boy store I bought the shoes from is also far from my place of residence. At whose expense would I be returning the shoes? The store also explained the refund and returns policy to me, had I wished to return the shoes and if I were able to, I would have. But that is not what I wanted to do. I even said this to BT from Sissy Boy's online department - all I wanted to do was get in contact with somebody involved with Sissy Boy's brand, not the store and not the online department.
Even though I stated this multiple times, BT from Sissy Boy's online department insisted that I would have to go to the store and he contacted the store on my behalf, without my knowledge (if I remember correctly). The people at the store called me - obviously confused because I can't complain to them about shoe quality because they just work for Sissy Boy, they don't make the shoes. BT would not understand that and BT would not put me in contact with somebody who knows who makes the shoes, where that somebody makes the shoes and how that somebody makes those shoes. Apparently referring me to the relevant department is not part of Sissy Boy's online department's "procedure".
So here's this for "procedure". Your products are of subpar quality. Your prices do not match the quality of the things you sell. I wish I read the other helpful reviews on this platform before I spent my fuel driving all the way to a Sissy Boy store that is, like every other Sissy Boy store, nowhere near where most people live. If Sissy Boy keeps this up, you'll have no customers left. In fact, the store I went to was literally empty. I was the only customer there. That should've said something to me.
I won't be buying any more of your cheaply made, highly-priced clothing. There are plenty of stores in this country where I can buy well-made, long-lasting clothes. NOBODY wants to wear a toy, your toys. I really wish BT from the online department referred me to the relevant department or offered to forward my message to the relevant department with me tagged into that email. But since it isn't part of the online department's procedure for customers to communicate with Sissy Boy and not one of Sissy Boy's stores, this will have to do. It really shouldn't have been so hard to get through to the person/people managing the brand. How unfortunate.
