Do not attempt to buy anything- Terrible Customer Service

I bought two Jeans online. Went to Sissy Boy Eastgate a month ago and Asked for a voucher as I was in a rush... I was assisted by two young ladies Tshego and the other ladies name starts with a J, I can't recall it. They were unable to process the gift card and I was told that the store manager is off and it's against their policy to call store managers when they are off.

2 weeks later I received a call from the store manager and she advised that they were struggling with their system they have been offline.

I decided to go to Sissy boy Clearwater mall for good vibes and I mange to change the Jeans and I took a jacket.

Two weeks later, I decided to take back the Jacket for personal reasons. I went Sissy Boy Sandton, I was told the lady who does authorisation was not available and I was told to come through on Friday ( today) and I even asked what time do they closed I was told 6pm everyday.

Alright fast forward I called Sissy boy Sandton during the day and explained myself to a young lady and she confirmed that the lady who does authorisation is available, I quickly sent someone to take the Jacket back for me and guess what they were told, They were told that head office is closed they close at 5pm.

Why couldn't they help me the first time I went there cause it was before 5pm, I was told the lady who authorise is on leave, today it's a different story.

Can Sissy boy please tell me if they can fetch the Jacket at my place because I am really not going back there and they must also courier the item I had selected in exchange of the Jacket.

What an awful experience. It's like nobody ever knows what they are doing there, it's really sad
