Dissapointed in Product condition

To whom it may concern<br> <br> I bought a blue and white sissy boy handbag a month ago from Edgars Centurion and saw today that the one strap is starting to tear. I also realised that the one strap is thinner than the other one. I cant take the bag back because I don't have the slip. I honestly thought that the bag would last much longer than a month. I'm so disappointed having to spend so much money on something that doesn't last that long. Its my favourite bag and I don't want it to be in that condition.<br> <br>
