Deliberately Ignores Emails and Calls

I wished to return a pair of pants purchased on the Sissy Boy online store as they were FALSELY ADVERTISED as navy blue jeans (they failed to mention that it was made of velvet material). I emailed them stating that I am aware that the email states "no returns on sale items", but this would be contrary to section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. They agreed and said that they would collect the pants and refund my money by the latest next week Tuesday, that was on 15 August 2018. I tried to contact them but all my emails thereafter have been ignored, as well as my calls transferred to their online sales department. I will never purchase from Sissy Boy again because they (1) falsely advertise their clothing (2) DISREGARD THE LAW around online purchases (3) deliberately IGNORE CALLS (4) make EMPTY PROMISES.
