I purchased a Sissy boy grey tote handbag over a year ago , and now noticed the bag is peeling so badly along the zipper area and handles. Disappointed that Sissy boy customer care is not willing to repair or replace the defective product with out a receipt. Well Sissy Boy you have just lost a very loyal customer and sad to say your products are expensive and you not willing to assist your loyal customers are very disappointing in the service and products. I would rather go buy cheaper bags than spend thousands of rands !
