Black Sissyboy pants defective

This is my countless sissy boy black pants I bought and im tired of having to spend money every time to replace these pants and i see that i am not the only one that has experienced this issue before. There is white elastic threads that is coming out from the material of the pants ,by the legs and back area. I know by now not to wash in hot water and i never iron any sisyboy pants as they stretch nicely once on anyway, but these black pants always do this and i have noticed my maroon pair is starting to do the same thing.

Please advise what i can do about this. pants where bought at Edgars and i do not have the slip anymore.
