Bad quality of bag

I purchased a bag online and received on the 07/12/22. Having in mind the stones on the bag, I feared the stones falling off if the bag was just used anyhow. So The bag was very carefully used on the 08/12/22 and when I got home I noticed the stone was out. I am so disappointed because I paid a lot for this bag and it proves how low the quality is, just by 1 use the stone is already out. Soon all of them can easily fall off. The whole beauty of the bag is the branded name on it which is written with stones, now that 1 stone is missing, it takes away a letter from the brand. I am extremely upset as this bag is brand new ! I literally used it for a few hours.
