Bad, pathetic service

I just can’t believe how such a big reputable store service can be so pathetic. lol I mean I’m still waiting even now and they don’t even bother communicating with me. I just didn’t know sissyboy jeans was a ****😔. I’m so sad, disappointed and heartbroken. Winter is even out while still waiting for collection and refund 😓
