Bad online shopping at Sissy Boy

Online purchases with this company are a drag to say the least. Made an online purchase on the 1st of February and no update on my purchase except for "payment received" on both my orders. Tried seeing a message to their automated service,nothing. Have been calling them, but the 1 lady that deals with online orders is always busy. I mean a big company like Sissy Boy with no business ethics....? I have sent an email this morning, received an automated response but I do not have hope at all. Can one at least not get a proper update online,good or bad than nothing at all! Please learn from other places like Guess,Zando,Superbalist I mean?!
