Bad online customer experience.

I bought an item online 17 July 2019...after requesting a size change not even an hour after i made my purchase and me constantly following up to find out if it was done....24 hours later i was contacted to find out what my request is after i gave it to them the morning i requested the chane.....only to be told the size was just sold....sissy boy cutsomer service is bad....thet dont get back to their clients....they dont respond to emails...believe me it is the 28th of July 2019.....my matter is still not resolved...
