6 Months of me begging for feedback!

I bought a pair of sissy boy heels from one of your retailers. Within a month the heel cracked in the middle. I tried to return it to the store I purchased it from however they had closed down. I contact Sissy boy via there e mail address on there website and didn't receive feedback. I then called there head office and they advised they would get back to me and after 6 months of back and forth, I am still waiting. Annoyed is an understatement.
