Worst medical aid in history

Sisonke health is one of the worst medical aids possible I have been having endless problems with them from the beginning of my pregnancy I ended up in hospital and had to pay cash for my gynae as she was not a preferred provider ( I have been to the preferred gynaes and could not get assistance) I submitted my paper claim for a refund it was processed and approved for R10k some change to be paid to the provider. I picked up this mistake and had to contact the medical aid again where it to the process again and only an amount of R4k some change was approved as I did not have authorization to give birth. Team leaders are unavailable there is no one in authority that can assist and tell me what the hell is going on. This is utter *******
