TERRIBLE MEDICAL AID

I wish there was a MINUS star rating !!! WE were forced to change medical aids WHAT a JOKE ! Full of promises and and and , only to follow through with none of them ! We pay a fortune for this medical aid yet i am constantly getting bills ! I make a POINT to call before going forward to DRS to find out the procedures and YET STILL ! when i phone again to find out why something wasnt paid after i called to make sure i give them the time and date i called , i get told we will go back and listen to the recordings and contact you .. BUT NOTHING! I am met with constant stories , so clearly your staff are ill equiped and have NO clue what they are doing . it took us a year to sort out my chronic meds all the while we had to pay cash !! We are to scared to go anywhere near a medical center as we might get a R7000 bill for something .I called to confirm got told what to do , did it but i have the bill now ! Happened twice . I have just paid off the 1 Dr now onto the next !
