Medical aid

My wife had a foot operation on 28 Jan 2019. Her foot became septic but the dr only decided to do something after 6 weeks. She was admitted where he cut out all the septic. She has a big hole in her foot where the *****s that he installed is sticking out. I asked for a 2nd opinion because he does not fix her foot. She is very sick. The medical aid now says that I must pay a doctor myself. That is not acceptable. Can you help me with this. My med no is P ********** . AJ Claassen
