Chronic Medicine / Working Hours / Service / Poor Medical Aid

The ****st medical aid by far I was diognosed with Multiple Sclerosis on the 25th and I was hospitalized for a couple of days as you know there is no cure for this disease the dockter that treated me in hospital prescribed me chronic medication which was completed by the dockter and submitted to the health scheme up to now I havnt started with my medicine it's now 9 days after papers is submitted,

They don't work weekends there is no emergency number there offices is open you can enter but there is no manager, no case manager no supervisor no person that can assist I had my first black out during this week and was unconscious for a period

Sisonke reply was the following Mnr we have 3 to 5 working days to process your paperwork/ claim this is not a request it's a sickness I did not ask for this I have a medical aid you are suppose to deliver a service don't treat me like I work for you i am pretty sure I am not the only one I wish we where still at Platinum Health
