SINGSPORE AIRLINES TAKES OVER R20 000 FOR PENALTY FEES OF A BOOKING OF R30 000 BE AWARE !!

I dont want to give them any star rating ! I will never use Singapore Airlines in my life again. A vacation that was a dream they ruined it into a nightmare ! It is not my fault the Carona came to our world ! But now I need to pay more than R20 000 in penaltie fees. Yes over R20 000. Ive booked with flight Centre to go in September month Im a single mom and wanted to take my kids on a vacation for the first time. I needed to pay R30 000 on booking to secure. And then the Carona came. And we was not able to go. My ex busband also said with my child history of bad ummune system and born with Streb B he is not giving any consent to take kids out of country. So what must I do. And with cancelation with Flight Centre this is happening. Flight Centre is balming Singspore Airlines. I even wrote a email to Flight Centre and they said they will speak to Singapore Airlines but with the return sorry penalty fees of over R20 000. I could believe. So hard sore ive cried for so long. I understand there will be fees. But not over R20 000. Please be aware when booking with Singapore Airlines. Because how did any one expect that we will ever have a pandemic like this ? No one I guess . But no they take advantage of the situation. Im so heart broken because the promise I made to my kids will not happen. Because now Im in debt that I need to pay back with so much interest and no money back. This is like *****ing to me. Be careful to book with Singapore Airlines and Flight Centre ! Be Aware !
