Singpaore Airlines poor service

Singapore Airlines really not up to scratch lately. DONT book premium economy. It is not worth it. Service is better in Economy class. I experienced this on my return flight on Sunday 8/7/18. Also , I paid for extra leg room twice and they refuse to refund me for the extra payment. I have asked to cancel my KRUS frequent flyer membership. Will never fly Singapore Airlines again
