Trying to get a response from the GM in South Africa has been disgusting. My mom and dad had booked a holiday for Koh Samui via Singapore, my mom was diagnosed with colon cancer and had to cancel her flight but my dad was charged over R6000 for his flight as explained to them my dad at 72 will not go on holiday without my mom and under the circumstances and age could they not waiver the fee, I know a similar incident happened to a couple on British Airways and they were refunded due to her illness. I understand that you have a penalty fee but three months notice should of been enough time to give the airline. No empathy at all DISGUSTING and just no response at all
