Scary and painful experience

I have sent a complaint through immediately when we returned to SA about the unfortunate and uncomfortable situation we were on while traveling to Singapore with my Fiance for my pre-birthday holiday, the ear phones issued by the flight attendant was stuck in my Fiance's ear and he had to travel almost 5 hours with the excruciating pain, the flight attendant asked if they should get a doctor when we landed at our own cost for something that was given or issued by the flight attendants, if we had any idea the device was poorly made we would have never took the risk to use the item,the pressure increased the pain during the flight not only was it a painful experience, but it was scary for us as well. I would like to get feedback regarding this matter, as this is my send mail with absolutely no correspondence from your side
