NO customer service

<p>i have recently travelled on Singapore airlines from Singapore to JHB. during the flight my suitcase was damaged to the extent that it is unusable.</p> <p>i have sent emails and attempted to call Singapore Airlines. the emails i send are being read, but i am not getting any resoponse from Singapore airlines and the numbers i have been provided with just rings.</p> <p>this is absolutely terrible service from an international airline</p>
