Disgusting service

<div style="font-size: 13.001pt; line-height: 140%;">On the <a style="font-size: 13.001pt; line-height: 140%;" href="geo:0,0?q=29th July I and my wife boarded a Singapore Airline">29th July I and my wife boarded a Singapore Airline</a> flight at OR Airport to Hong Kong via Singapore.On boarding no notification on the restriction of transportation of toys like skateboards was</div> <div>visible on counters or any other place.We purchased a skateboard on our way back and it was confiscated when we boarded the flight in Hong Kong by Singapore Airline staff.We were never given any opportunity to make alternative arrangements for its transportation to SA.We were told its the airline's policy not to carry on boards such toys.Matters got worse on arrival at OR airport when we duscovered that one of our bags was seriously damaged and my wife also lost a hat.We have written to the airline but there has been no response.</div> <p> </p> <div>We remain traumatised by this experience that has spoiled our holiday that we have so long planned and looked forward to.</div>
