Damaged luggage - cracked and broken

What appalling service, from an airline that claims to be service orientated . 2 months later after returning from a vacation and several emails and calls and **** artist posing as Singapore Airlines I am without luggage that was damaged by the airline. I’ve have sent them proof of the damage luggage, tickets, luggage tags which they requested and not a word back! Just complete silence! Worse I used them to buy 4 business class tickets in the last 4 months and this is how they treat their customers? I’m not asking for anything free just that I would like my luggage repaired or replaced as o travel frequently and now have no bags
