Damaged Luggage

On the 28 January 2018 on my return flight from Penang via Singapore, my luggage got damaged. I went to the Singapore Airlines counter at OR Tambo and I was given the details of Ivan Pretorius to assist. I have not received correspondence from him after he requested all the documents which I have sent to him. Please could someone assist me urgently.
