Empty promises, non existing customer service and arrogance

Simply Wi-Fi, based in Port Elizabeth, the owner John, is incredibly arrogant and rude there's no apologies when the internet is down, empty promises of 24/7 customer support. It's non existence, they do not accept phone calls, they do not reply until the next day, wort internet service provider. When I canceled the service they took over 2 weeks to come and collect thier router. After not coming when they stated they would. Wouldn't recomend them at all.
