Terrible Service Ever

Terrible Service from this company, i submitted all documents they requested from me on the Monday (20 January 2025) and they told me that their turn around time for claims is 48 hours but even today(30 January 2025) i haven't received a claim payout while I'm owing the Funeral Palour for the Funeral Service. For 2 weeks they keep on saying they're waiting for final decision, I'm not happy with the service and they way they're handling this issue because we now thinking of getting a loan to pay for Funeral Palour.
