Simply Financial Services - 5 year Cash Back benefit

I took out Life insurance with Simply in 2020 and opted in for the 5 year Cash Back benefit. (Which I PAY for every month) I first requested assistance with this on 06/03/2025 where Olwethu pointed me in the direction of the admin department. I have been sending daily emails regarding the process and what they will need from me. I received ONE reply from Asavela Tukela stating that my payment for March was not made and I rep**** with the Proof of payment as well as all communication between me and Olwethu. I have been sending daily emails since 13/03/2025 and there is no feedback from their "so called" admin department.

I am extremely frustrated with their service and it makes me wonder how my loved ones will struggle with them in the future.
